You Have Goals. Let Us Help You Reach Them.
Dental assistants increase the efficiency of dentists and help provide positive dental experiences for patients. Dental assistants aid doctors by preparing patients for treatment, sterilizing instruments, passing instruments during procedures, holding suction devices, exposing dental radiographs, taking impressions, fabricating provisional crowns, and more! These skills allow the dentist to focus more time on the procedure and the dental assistant effectively becomes the dentist’s extra hands.
Becoming a dental assistant through FDC Dental Assisting will prepare you to enter one of the fastest-growing professions in the health care industry. FDC Dental Assisting helps ensure students can enter the job market with confidence! Our students enjoy the flexibility of learning around their work schedules.
Education includes: online learning, clinic practice, and clinical skills performed in an actual dental office alongside our team serving patients. We fully believe student learning requires more than just one day per week of skills training to gain the confidence many dental practices are seeking.
We are REAL people with a passion for helping others and we take investing in YOU and YOUR career seriously.
We're only as successful as our graduates and are with you every step of the way. With a vision to “advance the field of dentistry, one career at a time” we are committed to providing education to students seeking employment in the dental field. With high ethical standards and integrity, we are dedicated to an environment conducive to both learning and growing professionally.
